(“the Company“ or “Fuse”) (TSXV: FUSE, OTCQB: FUSEF FRA:43W3) ”) announces that it has granted stock options to certain directors of the Company to purchase an aggregate 1,500,000 common shares in the capital of the Company. The stock options are exercisable for a term of five years from the date of grant at an exercise price of $0.07 per share. All stock options are granted in accordance with the terms of the Company’s Stock Option Plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The stock options granted are also subject to a four month and a day hold period from the date of grant in accordance with applicable securities laws.

Teels Marsh Property Fuse owns a 100% interest in 100 claims covering 2000 acres (809 hectares) in Teels Marsh, Nevada; The property called Teels Marsh West is highly prospective for Lithium brines and is located approximately 48 miles northwest of Clayton Valley and the Rockwood Lithium Mine, North America’s only producing brine-based Lithium mine supporting lithium production since 1967.
